D. and I walked over to the local church thrift shop to drop off some stuff and I found these:
Several back issues of Martha Stewart Living in perfect condition. You do know I like Martha, right? (See here, here, here, here okay you get the idea.) Best part, they were only a quarter each. Yesssssssssss.
I really need to do what this articles says and organize our very messy desk. Uggh.
Today I was at a "Creative Re-use" store that sells all kinds of crafty and miscellaneous things that you can use to make things. They had some old pattern books and idea books like this, they reminded me of you. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sad you don't have a craft buddy! It has been really nice having people to make things with this past month or so, I had missed it. Maybe someday you can come visit (or I can visit you) and we can have a crafty jubilee! Just so you know, you and your blog full of crafty wonders has really inspired me to keep being crafty (instead of just slouching around reading books or surfing the internet, which are my weaknesses) and to keep blogging. You are still my craft buddy even if we live five hours apart.
Also, this isn't the same as in person, but if you have Skype we could totally try to have an online crafty party. It could be fun?
